At Town & Country Air Conditioning we understand the importance the installation plays in your decision to purchase. Therefore we insist that your sales consultant who initially prepared your proposal be directly responsible and proactively involved throughout the installation of your system. From scheduling your installation, allocation of plant, provision for other surplus materials required, direct supervision of installation team and responsibility for the installation process.
In fact, we insist that at the commencement of all of our ducted / commercial projects that your sales consultant attends the site to ensure that what was discussed at the time of the initial sales consultation is directly implemented to your satisfaction. At that time all parties again have the opportunity to raise any issues or review varying options that may exist to the future satisfaction of the client.
At Town & Country Air Conditioning we maintain constant contact with builders, architects, consultants and owner of the premises throughout the course of the project under construction to minimize inconvenience and ensure that the installation is done on time and doesn’t impact on the construction schedule. We take the time in maintaining regular contact with all third parties that may be directly involved in the installation such as electricians.
We understand and appreciate that the householder is naturally concerned that a team of trade’s people are going to work within their home.
