Fact: Each installation of an air conditioner varies greatly in its quality of workmanship, level of convenience to customer, qualifications of installers, cleanliness of installation, removal of packaging from site and time to demonstrate system operation and recommended cleaning or maintenance.
At Town & Country Air Conditioning we are often surprised at the level and standards some consumers are willing to accept in the installation of their systems. Unfortunately our industry being seasonal and tradesman orientate, anyone who believes they are familiar with electrics and refrigeration attempts to call themselves an air conditioning installer (eg: when they are not putting in a power point or fixing a refrigerator) therefore a word of warning- check the electrical and refrigeration qualifications and gold licencing before anyone attempts to say they’re an air conditioning installer.
At Town & Country Air Conditioning we insist each of our qualified and experienced team comprise at least one (1) Licenced electrician and a minimum of One (1) licenced refrigeration technician with the latest trade certification, gold licencing requirements and public liability / workers compensation insurances.
All Town & Country Air Conditioning installation teams undergo regular manufacturer technical/ service training and we insist that they develop thorough knowledge in new technologies and the latest advances in our industry.
We ensure our clients that installations are commenced and completed on time and correctly. Our sales consultant continue to be directly involved in the supervision of the installation from beginning to end and remain the client’s first point of call in the years ahead.
