Annual Periodic Maintenance Programs
Town and Country Air Conditioning provide two (2) annual periodic maintenance programs for our clients.
March / April Wall Hung Split Program
&
September / October Ducted System Program.
Our clients receive post card reminder cards of these service programs each year to maintain their investment in air conditioning their homes.
Periodic Maintenance Services include:
- Removal and cleaning of return air filters.
- Inspection and cleaning of refrigeration coils.
- Inspection of elements and sensors.
- Inspection of all electrical connections and wiring.
- Inspection and checking of condensate drain lines and testing for blockages.
- Testing all printed circuit boards and electrical components.
- Inspection of all outdoor condenser condenser mounts on roof / brackets.
- Test and run each system to obtain maximum efficiency.
